Local Owl runs Google Ads for local businesses and medical practices. We set up call and booking tracking in Google Tag Manager first, then build the campaigns, and we look after your Google Business Profile alongside the ads. The ads run in your own account, on your own card.

How it works
The budget should go where the calls and bookings come from, and that only works when they're counted. So we check what's tracked before we change anything, and the budget only goes up once every call and booking is counted.
With read-only access, which can't change anything, we look at the campaigns, the search terms and the tags on your site. No account yet? We check whether your site can count calls and bookings before you spend.
Calls, forms and bookings go into Google Tag Manager and Google Ads first. Then the search campaigns, aimed at people in the area you serve.
What the ads brought in, what Google charged, which searches we blocked and what we change next.
Shubham runs Google Ads and Google Tag Manager himself. Both co-founders hold Google's Bronze Product Expert recognition in the Business Profile Help Community, so your ads and your profile are looked after by the same people.

What's included
Ads on the searches that bring customers in, aimed at people in your area, with the search terms checked so money doesn't go on ones that don't fit.
Calls from the ads and from your website, form fills and online bookings, set up in Google Tag Manager and checked before the budget goes up.
Your profile linked so the ads can show your address and map, and Local Services Ads set up where your category qualifies, with invalid leads disputed.
Spend paced to the budget you set, and a report each month with what Google charged, shown exactly, and what the ads brought in.
Your monthly report
Each month you see what the ads brought in and what they cost, in plain numbers. This sample is for a made-up dental practice.
What the ads brought in, counted from the tracking we set up.
What Google charged, with our fee listed separately, as Google requires.
The searches that cost money without bringing customers, and what we did about them.
The next test or fix, and why.

How we work
What stays yours, and what we can and can't promise.
The ads run in your own Google Ads account and you pay Google directly. You keep admin access and can remove ours at any time.
Our fee is agreed before you start and shown on every invoice, and the report shows Google's cost exactly, without our fee mixed in.
No lock-in and no setup fee. Stop at the end of any month.
Google sets click prices in an auction, so nobody can promise a number of leads. We report what happens and tell you straight if the ads aren't paying.
Getting started
Step 1
Send your website, and your ad account if you run one. A person replies within two business days.
Step 2
Your budget, what to track and the price, agreed in writing.
Step 3
Access to Google Ads, Tag Manager and your Business Profile, then the tracking set up and tested.
Month 1
The search campaigns go live and your first monthly report follows.

When we looked in October 2026, flat fees for small local accounts ran from about $375 to $1,350 a month, and percentage fees from 10% to 20% of ad spend. Ours is from $499 a month, and your ad spend goes to Google on your own card.
It depends on what a click costs for your service in your area. We take on budgets from $500 a month, look at click prices in the free check and tell you on the call what a starting budget buys.
Google can spend up to twice your average daily budget on a busy day, but no more than 30.4 times it in a month. Anything over that is credited back.
Yes. The ads run in your account and you pay Google directly. If you stop, you remove our access and everything stays with you.
No lock-in. It's month to month with no setup fee, and you can stop at the end of any month.
We set up the conversions in Google Tag Manager: calls from the ads, calls to the number on your website through a Google forwarding number, form fills and online bookings. Booking widgets inside a frame need extra setup, and we test every conversion before the budget goes up.
They're the ads at the top of some local searches where you pay for each lead, a call or a message, rather than each click. Over 300 service categories qualify in the US. The free check tells you whether yours does and whether they're worth running next to search ads.
In late 2025 Google replaced Google Guaranteed and its other Local Services Ads badges with one Google Verified badge, and ended the money-back guarantee. Businesses that were already verified moved over automatically.
Yes. Health is a sensitive category for Google, so a practice can't use its own audience lists such as remarketing to target ads, and some services need Google's certification first. We also keep tracking away from anything that would send patient details to Google.
No. Google Ads is where businesses buy ads. Google Ad Manager is for websites and apps that sell their own ad space.
Ads bring calls as soon as they run and stop when the budget does. Your Business Profile and SEO take longer and keep working. Many local businesses want both, and we run both.
No. Google Partner is a status Google gives companies whose managed accounts meet its spend, optimization and certification thresholds. We don't hold it, so you won't see the badge on our site.
Send us your website, and your ad account if you run one. We'll tell you what's tracked, what isn't and the first thing to fix. It's free.
