We fix your Google profile first, then keep it right every month: posts, photos, review requests and replies, and a check with you on any change Google or the public suggests. Start with a free check of the three fixes that matter most.

How it works
Google Business Profile management is the upkeep of your profile: its details, posts, photos and reviews, and the changes Google or the public suggest. Optimization is the first round of fixes that gets it right. We start with a check, fix what it finds, then keep it current.
Against Google's guidelines and the three businesses ranking above you nearby. We don't need access for this, and you get the fixes in writing, in order, within 2 business days.
From your profile's settings. You stay the owner and we never need your password. In the first month we make the fixes the check found.
Posts, your photos, review requests and replies, and suggested changes checked with you, with a report at the end of the month.
Bronze Product Expert is a public recognition Google grants for verified, community-recommended answers in its Business Profile Help Community. It cannot be bought or self-awarded. Both co-founders who look after your profile hold it.

What we do
Your name, categories, services, description, hours and holiday hours, kept to Google's guidelines and to what you actually offer.
Posts written for your business: offers, events, new work and seasonal news.
The photos you send us added to the profile, and a short list of what to photograph next.
A review page for your business, reached by a link you send after the job or a QR or NFC card customers can use when they're ready, and the words your staff use to ask.
Replies to your Google reviews, good and bad, written for your business once you've given us the OK in writing. Reviews that break Google's rules are reported.
Changes Google or the public suggest to your details, gone through with you before we accept or reject them, and listed in your report.
Reporting
Every month: calls, website clicks and direction requests from your profile, what we posted, your new reviews and our replies, and each suggested change we went through with you. This sample is for a made-up florist.
Calls, website clicks and direction requests, from Google's own numbers.
The posts, photos, replies and fixes, listed.
Your new reviews and our replies, and each suggested edit with what you decided.
What we'll do next, and anything we need from you.

How we work
Google publishes rules for agencies that manage profiles and for businesses that ask for reviews. This is how we follow them.
We work as a manager, so we never need your password. Managers can't remove the profile or other users, and you can remove us at any time.
We tell you what we change, and go through each change Google or the public suggests with you before we act on it. Review replies go out once you've given us the OK in writing.
We never ask only the happy ones, nobody is pressed to leave a review on the spot, and your staff are never given a number of reviews to collect.
No discounts, gifts or prize draws for a review, good or bad, and no asking for particular words. Customers write and post their own reviews.
Google itself warns owners about anyone who promises a ranking. We keep the profile right and every customer asked, and we don't promise a position or a number of reviews.
No setup fee and no contract. Google Business Profile itself is free, and what you pay us for is the work.

The ongoing upkeep of your Google profile: keeping the details right, posting, adding photos, setting up review requests and replying to reviews, and checking the changes Google or the public suggest.
Optimization is the first round of fixes after the audit: categories, services, description, photos and anything outside Google's guidelines. Management keeps the profile right every month after that. We do both, and the fixes happen in the first month.
When we looked in October 2026, agencies that publish their prices charged about $99 to $399 a month for one profile, often with a one-time setup fee of $300 to $500. Ours is part of every plan, from $499 a month, with your listings, review requests and location pages, and there's no setup fee. If you only want profile management, we price it on the call.
Yes. Google charges nothing for a Business Profile. What you pay us for is the work of looking after it.
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile, so GMB management and GBP management mean the same thing.
We never need your password. You add us as a manager from your profile's settings, you stay the owner, and you can remove us at any time.
Your profile against Google's guidelines and the three businesses ranking above you nearby: categories, services, your name, address and phone, photos, reviews and anything that risks a suspension. The quick check is free and gives you the top three fixes. The full written audit is $29, or $97 with a 30-minute call, and you get it within 2 business days.
We set up one way to ask every customer: a link you send after the job, or a QR or NFC card they can use when they're ready. Everyone gets the same ask, nothing is offered for a review, and nobody is pressed to write one on the spot.
No. Google itself warns owners about anyone who promises a ranking, and how many reviews you get is up to your customers. Google also filters some genuine reviews.
Yes, good and bad, once you've given us the OK in writing. Google asks for that before anyone replies to reviews for a business.
Yes. Google and members of the public can suggest changes, and some go live without you noticing. We go through each one with you, then accept or reject it.
Only Google can remove a review, and only one that breaks its rules. We report rule-breaking reviews as part of the work. Taking a specific fake review down is a separate fix, $299 a review, paid only when it comes down.
Yes, many owners do. If you want to know what to fix first, start with the free check. It's written so you can make the fixes yourself.
