Google Business Profile verification questions
How much does it cost to verify a business on Google?
Nothing. Google doesn't charge to verify a Business Profile. Our fee, from $299 depending on your industry, is for the work of getting a stuck verification through, and you get it back in full if the profile isn't verified.
Can you guarantee my profile gets verified?
No one outside Google can, because Google makes the decision. That's why you get a full refund if it isn't verified.
My video verification was rejected. What now?
Usually the video didn't show something Google needed, such as the sign, the space or proof you run the business. We read the rejection and plan the retry around it.
My postcard never arrived. What should I do?
Check the address on the profile matches your documents exactly, including any suite number, then request the next method Google offers. If it keeps failing, that's a case we can take on.
Google says there are no more ways to verify. Is it over?
Not always. Once the setup is right, a case with Google support can open another route. We prepare and file it with you.
How long does it take to get verified with your help?
Most profiles we take on are verified in about 10 business days. Some take longer, because Google sets the pace, so we don't promise a date.

Do you need my Google password?
Never. You keep ownership and do the owner steps yourself. We prepare everything and guide you through it.
What documents will I need?
Usually a business registration or licence, a utility bill or lease at the address, photos of your sign, and any message Google sent you. We tell you exactly which ones in our read.
Why am I getting verification codes I didn't request?
Someone may be trying to claim your profile. Check who is listed as an owner or manager, and don't share the code.
Do you help businesses outside the US?
Yes, remotely, including a phone number stuck as pending in India. The price depends on your industry, not your country.
